It depends on the purpose of your visit, your qualifications, your job offer (if any), your family situation and your plans for the future. We offer an initial consultation to map your options before any work begins.
Most work and study routes allow you to bring a partner and children as dependants. Each dependant has their own application and evidence requirements.
Standard processing is typically 3 weeks for applications made outside the UK and up to 8 weeks for in-country applications. Priority and super priority services are available on many routes for an additional Home Office fee.
Depending on the route there may be a right of appeal or administrative review. We advise on the strongest route to challenge the decision and represent you through to a successful outcome.
Most work and family routes lead to ILR after 5 years of continuous lawful residence. Some routes (e.g. Innovator Founder) offer 3-year routes. We track the qualifying period and prepare the ILR application at the right time.
