About Mustafa
DirectorMustafa is a Director of BRAVIOT, leading the firm’s corporate, commercial and business immigration practices. He advises founders, growing companies and established businesses on the full life-cycle of legal questions that arise as they scale, from incorporation, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts through to sponsor licences, hiring overseas talent and cross-border expansion.
Mustafa is also a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and has practised in Turkey, giving him a working understanding of cross-border matters between the UK and Türkiye. He acts regularly for clients investing into the UK from Turkey and for UK businesses with operations or partners in the Turkish market.
